Marriott Bonvoy will become BetMGM’s exclusive hospitality loyalty program partner in the U.S. In addition to the licensing agreement with MGM Resorts, we’re also announcing a loyalty marketing agreement with BetMGM, which is MGM Resorts International’s online gaming joint venture. Like Marriott, MGM Resorts has long provided travelers with an array of best-in-class hotels, extraordinary experiences, and outstanding guest service – but it’s also their commitment to people and communities that aligns with our own core values and makes this collaboration a great fit. With this agreement, we are creating MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, which will launch in October and grow our presence on the Las Vegas Strip and in other destinations across the U.S., while increasing our global rooms distribution by 2.4 percent. Today, I was excited to announce an exclusive long-term strategic licensing agreement between Marriott International and MGM Resorts International, live from Las Vegas.
